2026 GAS GAS MC 65

Our awesome little MC 65 is where riding pure motocross really begins. With its smooth-shifting manual transmission, this might be the first dirt bike on which kids learn how to change gears and, most importantly, when to do so to find the fast way around any circuit. Beyond this, the MC 65 is assembled with plenty of parts that you'll find on our bigger motocross bikes, but obviously scaled down to fit, underlining just how serious we are about making a competitive 65cc machine. We're talking the hydraulic clutch, all-red bodywork, MAXXIS tires, TWIN AIR air filter, and WP suspension. Yeah, we're stoked on our MC 65 and we know you will be too.

Bodywork

As you can see, the MC 65 certainly looks the business with it's bodywork! All red to really stand out from the crowd, it's not only vibrant, but with larger contact areas for riders to grip the bike with their legs, the new model let's riders do their thing with greater control. There's a flatter seat too which makes movement on the bike so much easier, especially for shorter riders.

Adjustable Ergonomics

One really cool thing about the MC 65 is that it can be adjusted in size to suit so many riders. The bodywork and subframe con be fitted in either a high or low position, as can the WP shock. while the handlebars can be installed in no fewer than four different ways!

Handlebars

The modern bend of the handlebars helps kids ride with a perfect technique. The bars are fitted with slim-profile DDI grips to create an ideal set-up that benefits all young riders by maximizing comfort and helping to reduce fatigue.

Frame

Making sure the little MC 65 is super stable at speed yet amazingly agile through the turns is the bike's frame. Made from trusty chromium molybdenum steel, the chassis has been engineered to offer just the right amount of flex and features a geometry developed specifically for kids. Put simply, the MC 65 is an absolute dream to ride.

Subframe

Light, strong, durable. What else can we say about the subframe?

Oh yeah, it's made using a combination of polyamide glass fiber and steel to create a hybrid construction that's built to last. It's also height adjustable which means that riders can have their bike set-up based on their height or preference.

Wp Forks

Giving youngsters the performance they need, especially as they start picking up the pace, the MC 65 now features an updated WP XACT AER front fork with a new air cartridge for improved damping and better control out on track. With 215mm of travel, the 35mm forks soak up big bumps with ease, delivering smooth, confidence-boosting rides. And thanks to the air spring, dialing in the perfect pressure couldn't be easier.

Wp Shock

Our MC 65 may well be a little 2-stroke racer, but it's definitely big on featuring top-quality components such as the WP shock! Just like our big bikes, the shock is fully adjustable in terms of preload. rebound, and both high and low-speed compression. This means that that every youngster can ride with a perfect set-up to suit their size and style. Pretty cool, right?

Swingarm

The MC 65 boasts big-bike tech with its die-cast aluminum swingarm, designed in line with the frame's flex characteristics. And when conditions turn gnarly, the chain slider features a rounded profile to help the bike glide through the deepest of ruts.

Motor

There's a lot to shout about when it comes to our MC 65 motor! For tighter tolerances around the crankshaft, the crankcases are machined after being manufactured, with the end result being no lost power. Beyond that, there's a close-ratio 6-speed transmission, hydraulic clutch, BRISK spark plug, and a Pressure Controlled Exhaust Valve that really makes this little bike sing!

Cylinder

Making power! The lightweight aluminum cylinder features a Pressure Controlled Exhaust Valve (PCEV) that delivers maximum performance throughout the entire rev-range. A specific exhaust valve ventilation design on the cylinder head, sourced locally in Austria, boosts overall build quality and durability. So, it goes without saying that youngsters racing the MC 65 will enjoy a clear advantage over their competition thanks to this cutting-edge 2-stroke technology.

Airbox & Filter

We get it. Changing air filters is boring (although it beats cleaning them!), so we've redesigned the airbox to make filter changes easier and faster by introducing a failproof snap-lock mounting design. There's also a new Twin Air filter with a larger surface area inside the airbox, which increases airflow into the motor. And you know what more air means more power!

Exhaust

A new laser-cut exhaust flange gasket made from high-grade material improves sealing and durability. Together with the updated silencer and header pipe, the MC 65's exhaust system delivers strong, clean power across the entire rev range.

Transmission

Built for performance and durability, the MC 65 features a close-ratio 6-speed transmission that helps young riders stay in the sweet spot of the powerband. Designed for smooth and precise gear changes, it gives kids the confidence to focus on their riding and push their limits.

Carburetor

Making sure the MC 65 performs perfectly and reliably are the jetting settings inside the 24mm MIKUNI carburetor, which make our little MC 65 run clean throughout its entire rev-range.

Diaphragm Steel (Ds) Clutch

Built to last! The Diaphragm Spring (DS) clutch inside the MC 65 is just another example of how much big-bike tech can be found on this little red racer. For unmatched durability, the DS clutch is housed inside a strong steel basket, and as the springs constantly compensate for any wear, performance never falters. With a hydraulic clutch system, the lever is light to pull in and guarantees fade-free performance at all times. A technical update to the clutch fixation system with high-strength pre-coat and increased tightening torque now ensures absolutely reliable fastening of the clutch assembly.

Brakes

Make no mistake, the MC 65 is fast! So, it goes without saying that it's fitted with high performance brakes. Floating calipers from Formula, together with a 198mm waved disc up front and a 180mm waved disc at the rear, allow riders to stay on the gas longer, brake later, and never miss their line through the turns.

Wheels & Tires

Wrapped with MAXXIS MAXXCROSS MX-ST tires for maximum grip on the widest range of surfaces, the MC 65 rolls on lightweight and strong wheels with black anodized rims creating a super cool look.

Triple Clamps

Making sure the MC 65 is stable at speed and capable of carving tight lines through the turns are the forged triple clamps. A new 17mm top nut now secures the upper clamp, reducing water and dirt intrusion to boost durability and extend lifespan. Aligning the WP forks perfectly for unrestricted suspension performance, the triple clamps also provide a calculated level of flex for maximum comfort and stability.

Radiators

Two radiators, just like our full-size dirt bikes, keep the MC 65 running cool at all times. Well protected from any potential damage, the radiators are connected using a simplified routing of the hoses, which allows coolant to flow in a much more efficient way to maximize both performance, and reliability. Plus, a redesigned radiator closure makes opening and checking things quicker and easier than ever
